Our client is a plastics manufacturing company.  Seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales rep to join their team.  MUST have plastics experience.   They need someone who can understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to dive into those needs in a productive way. This is one of our top clients and they offer a great deal of stability and growth potential.  This is an excellent overall opportunity with a stable company!

Responsibilities
-Meet with customers to discuss their needs and identify the quality of the company’s relationship with them
-Provide reports of department goals and objectives.
-Consistently maintain and close a high number of large opportunity prospects.
-Participate and take part in key trade shows.
-Take part in Marketing and Advertising
-Strong prospecting skills and ability to effectively use multiple channels to generate sales.

Requirements

-3+ years of sales experience in plastics. 
- Work with sales management to establish a territory sales budget, strategies, and tactical sales plans by produce line, customer and market.
-Maintain high level of industry knowledge and remain up to date on related industry trends and issues.
-Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; team player and strong leader.
-Strong decision-making abilities
-A likable and outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
-Analyze information skillfully and a real “problem solver”.
-Excellent communicator.  Strong ability to create compelling sales presentations.
