Top 10 reasons why this is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY:
  1. Large responsibilities from the outset having leadership responsibilities for all Value Add processes, especially Multi-Part Assembly, Packaging, Material Handling, and Shipping and Receiving; but beyond that, great opportunities for personal and professional growth in the future.
  2. Engineering driven. No dog dishes here.Lots of value add, state of the art, design, proving that what “can’t be done---CAN BE”.Truly a contributor to the state of the art in the industry.
  3. Rock-Solid financials.Don’t have to downsize for every small hiccup in the economy
  4. Private ownership.Don’t have wild swings in employment to make Wall Street happy.More employee loyalty, too.
  5. Attractive living options – commutable from most of Chicagoland.
  6. Unbelievable plant.Clean, well-lit, highly automated.
  7. Team building type of atmosphere as opposed to dictatorship. It’s a lot more fun to work in a team environment – and more fun to build teams as opposed to beat people down.
  8. Experience trumps education. While a degree is certainly welcomed, we are open to anyone who has the experience to be successful in this role.
  9. I list pay last because though most people want an increase in pay, it usually has little to do with job satisfaction. That said, this is solid paying position with good benefits.
NOTE:  Sponsorship is not available for this position.  Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
