SUMMARY:  We are looking for a “turnaround professional” to manage a culture and attitude turnaround immediately in a small to mid-sized manufacturing operation.  We are looking for a “determined, will not accept failure” type of manager who has significant experience as a change agent and who has turned around operations in the past.  We need a change agent who can change the plant culture, who can see through the excuses and take decisive action towards rectifying those situations.

FULL CONTROL:  You will be given full control of the plant floor and all employees, and you will establish crystal clear accountability and ensure that the plant performance (efficiency and on time delivery) significantly improves.  This is a small plant with less than 100 employees.   If you know how to establish and manage a war-room situation, you may be right for this position.

FAIR. FIRM. CONSISTENT.  We are looking for a “People Person”, but one who is a serious, fair, firm, and consistent manager who understands manufacturing, structured accountability, what’s needed in a turnaround, and how to motivate employees.  We are looking for a good combination of trustworthiness, push, and pull.
